Pursuant to Rule 1.200 C.R.P. Pre-Trial Conference is hereby
scheduled as above indicated. Prior to the above stated time:
(1) Counsel shall hold a preliminary conference for the purpose
of resolving as many disputed issues as possible; and
(2) Counsel shall file a written statement with the Clerk,
with a copy to opposing counsel, setting forth:
' (a) Facts to be admitted;
(b) Issues to be abandoned;
(c) Unusual or questionable points of law. with
citations, to be relied on at trial;
(d) All witnesses. except parties and impeachment
witnesses to be called at trial (to which counsel
will be limited by Order on Pre-Trial Conference;
(e) An itemized schedule of all documentary and tangible
evidence or exhibits. demonstrative or otherwise
(other than for impeachment).
(3) All documentary and tangible evidence or exhibits shall be
made available to and shall be examined by opposing
counsel prior to the conference.
(4) Experience has shown that the Pre-Trial Conference is more
effective if the parties to the cause do not attend.

', (S) Submit proposed jury verdicts.
(6) Submit proposed jury instructions.
(7) No matters will be considered at Pre-Trial except as
provid~d by Rule 1.200.
