Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADlUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for thc benelit of

for payment of Clerk's fee Sor receiving and disbursing support payments.

That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
