The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
domiciliary co-executors of the estate of LaBerta M. Kinzer filed
in the Circuit Court of the City of Alexandria, Virginia. Their names
and addresses are set forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address of
their attorney are as set fortlz at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, LaBerta M. Kinzer, whose last known address
was 4612 Strathblane Place, Alexandria, Virginia, died on November
30, 1979 at Alexandria, Virginia, and at the time of death decedent~
was domiciled in the City of Alexandria, State of Virginia. '
3. So far as is known, the names of the heneficiaries of
this estate and of decedent's surviving spouse, if any, their
addresses and relationships to decedent, and the age of any who are
minors, are:
