6. To Che best knowledge of the petitioners. the value of
the entire estate subject to administration in this state, does not
exceed $25,000.
7. The estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be
distributed as follows:
T0: JOHN CSBORN KINZER. FREDERICK STANHOPE KINZER
and EDWARD MASON KINZER~ as tenants in common~
whose mailing address is: 4612 Stratblane place,
Alexandria, Virginia 223U4
Lot 8, Block 1622, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 23,
a subdivision according to the plat thereot
recorded in Plat Book 13. page 29 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and .,
Lot 7, Block 53, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE UNIT S,
a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorde~ in Plat Book 14, page 12 of the public
records of St. Lucie County~ Florida.
9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 10.
10'. An exemplified copy of the decedent's will dated
March 20, 1970 accompanies this petition.
11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and an order of summary administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets of the estate in
accordance~with the schedul~ set forth in paragraph 8 of this petition.
Under penalties of perjury, we declare that we have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of our
knowledge and belief.
