LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
LaBERTA M. KINZER
~
I, LaBerta M. Kinzer, of Alexandria,
Virginia, being of sound and disposing mind
and aemory and over the age of twenty-one years,
do hereby make, publish, acknowledge and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking any and all wills and codicils heretofore
made by me.
ITEM ONE: I direct my Executor, hereinafter
named, to pay my funeral expenses and all of my
just debts, as soon after my death as is practi-
~ cable.
ITEM TWO: All the rest and residue of my
property, whether real, personal or mixed, and
wherever situate, of which I may die seised or
possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the
time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath unto
my husband, Osborn A. Kinzer, to be his absolutely.
ITF,~i THREE: If my husband, Osborn A. Kinzer,
shall predecease me, or should we die in a cotm~on
disaster or under circumstances making it difficult
to determine who survives, then I give, devise and
bequeath all the rest and residue of my property,
