may be entitled at the time of my death, share and
share alike, unto my three children, or the
survivor or survivors of them, to-wit, Edward Mason
Kinzer, John Osborn Kinzer and Frederick Stanhope
Kinzer, to be theirs absolutely.
ITEM FOUR: I hereby nominate and appoint
my husband, Osborn A. Kinzer, to serve as Executor
of this my Last Will and Testament, and I direct
that he shall serve without surety on his bond to ~~

insure the faithful performance of his duties as
such.
ITEM FIVE: If my said husband, Osborn A., •
Kinzer, shall predecease me, or if we should die in
the common disaster hereinbefore described, then I
nominate and appoint my sons, John Osborn Kinzer and
Frederick Stanhope Kinzer, both residents of Virginia,
to serve as co-executors of this my I;ast Will and
Testament, and I direct that they shall serve without
surety on the bond to insure the faithful performance
of their duties as such.
