duly sworn by, stated that they were well acquainted with thc said witness during his

Therefore, it is ordered that the said writing be, and it is hereb~ admitted

Kinzer.

in the last wi 11 and testar:~ent as Co-executors, personal ly appeared before n~e and qual-
ified as said Co-executors b~ taking the oath prescribed by law and by executing and
a~kna~vledging a bond in the penalty of eight thousand dollars, conditioned according
to law, the testator having directed in his will that none be required of then as such.
T,'~erefore, i t is ordered that letters testamentary on the estate of tt~ said
La~3erta M. Kinier be issued to the said John Osborn Kinzer and Frederick Stanhope
Kinzer.
