JOINDER OF MORTGAGEE
AMERICAN BANK OF MARTIN rOUNTY, the owner and holder
of a mortgage dated the 20th day of June, 1980, recorded in
Official Recard Book 333, pages 1403 through 1409, inclusive,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein~fter called
"Mortgagee" does hereby join in the making of the Declaration
of Condominium for Sand Dollar Villas Condominium E, recorded
February 13, 1981, in Official Record Book 348, page 3585, public
records of St._Lucie County, Florida, and the Mortgagee agrees
that the lien of said mortgage shall hereafter be upon, but not
limitec~ to, each and every of the parcels set forth and referred
to in said Declaration.
