RELEASE OF LIEN
KNOW ALL 1-~N BY THESE PRESENTS :
That the undersigned~ for and in consideration of the sum
of Forty-Two and 48/100 Dollars ($42.48), the receipt o~ which
is hereby acknowledged~ hereby releases the property hereinafter
described ~med by ANNE KRUGER and CHARLES JOHNSON from a
certain lien dated the 31st day of July, 1978, in the amount of
Thirty-Five and no/100 Dollars ($35.00) filed in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida~ in
0. R. Book 293, Page 264, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, as assigned to the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida,
as per Assignment of Lien Rights recorded in 0. R. Book 342 ,
Page 1272, public records of St. Lucie Cotmty, ~'lorida, due
for unpaid assessments on said property, and hereby declares said
lien fully satisfied. Said property is described as follows:
Lot 10, Block 3232, FLORESTA PINES UNIT II,
according to the plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 16, Page 37, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE has
caused these presents to be executed in its name, and its seal
