d/bJa JOHNSON IRRIGATION, INC. as appear in that certain
Final Judgment Dated August 11, 1975, filed January 1, 1976
and recorded in Official Records Book 247, Page 1139 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AFFIANT FURTHUR STATES:
That CNAS F. JQHNSON, WHOSE Social Security Number is
248-07-3847 is NOT the same person as CHARLES JOHNSON
as appear in that certain Final Judgment filed of record
in Official Records Book 268, Page 2910 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida and that CNARIES JOHNSON
Social Security Number is 262-60-9114.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAITN NOT.
