INSTALLMENT SAI,E CONTRACT

~ THIS CONTRACT is entered into this~~ day of
Jj~~ 1981, by and between JOFL WELBER and ANN WELBER, his
wife, of the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan, hereinafter referred to
as "Sellers", and LLOYD C. THOMPSOI~ and CAROL A. THOMPSON, his
wife, of the City of Champaign, Illinois, hereinafter referred to
as "Buyers".
WHEREAS, the Sellers are the owners of certain
real property situate in the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie
County, Florida, and known as; Lot 3, Hlock 190, SOUTH PORT ST.

~ ~ t°C ~ WHF.REAS, Sellers desire to sell and Buyer desires

$ c~ to purchase the aforesaid property for the purchase price and on
~~ ~'the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
IN CONSIDFRATION of the reciprocal promises and in
furtherance of their objective, Sellers agree to sell and Buyers
agree to purchase from the Sellers the aforesaid property,
including all rights and appurtenances incident thereto, subject
only to the matters as hereinafter set forth, the parties agree
as follows: ~
~ 1. The entire purchase price for the property is

~~~' 2. Ttie sum of S 1 C, 500 . 00 , has been pa id as a down

payment by the Buyers to the Sellers Frior to or simultaneously
with the execution of this Aqreement, the receipt of which is-
hereby acknowledged by the Sellers. This sum is being held b_y
CULFAN kEALTY, one of the procurinq agents for said sale.
3. The adc~itional sum of S22,000.00, plus costs
as hereinafter mentioned, shall be paid by the Ruyers at the time
'- of closing as hereinafter defined.
