5. Petitioner, whose address appears above, is qualified
imder the laws of the State of Florida to serve as personal representative
of decedent's estate and is entitleci to preference in appointment as per-
sonal representative as sister of decedent.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets of the
estate are: R~eal property located in St. Lucie Coturty, Florida, describeci
as Lot 15, Blk. 2, KILLER'S ADI)ITION to Lincoln Park, a Subdivision accord-
ing to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 32 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Floricla, with an approximate value of
~ 25.000.00 .
Also, there is in the estate personal property consisting of
furnishings in the hane of a value less than s450.~0; proceeds from a
credit life insurance policy taken through Blazier Financial Services, lnc.
of a value at death of $4,875.00 and a motor vehicle with the fair market
value of $ 75.00 . •
7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner
is imaware of any unrevoked hills or codicils of decedent.
Petitioner request that she be appointed personal representative
of the estate of the .decedent.
