WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRIIIVTY DEED made and executed this 18th day of
February~ 1981 , by ZCPHYR, INC., a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, herein-
after called the Grantor, to AHMAD RASHID and NUZHAT~RASHID,
his wife
whose post office address is 1912 York Court, Fort Pierce,

hereinafter called the Grantee, which terms "Crantor" and
"Grantee" shall include all the parties to this instrument,
