factQry and that the above-stated new interest rate payable on the sums secured by
said mortgage is also satisfactory, and 1~he Rssuciati~n hereby consents to the sale~
transfer and/or conveyance of the aforc~s.~id r~rtgiged property to the Owner(s).
8, The Owner(s) hereby assumes, in addition to ihe mortgage obligation
referred to above, all of the supplementa~ conditio~s execuced at the time of the
mortgage obligation. which conditions are refFrred to either as "Supplemental Agre~-
ment" or "Uniform and Non-Uniform Covenants" and assumes those conditions as fu{ly
as though the undersigned has executed satd written agrcement.
