KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings a~d Loan Association of Fort Pierce,
a corporat;on under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage
given by 6artlett M. Nackley (Sr.), a/k/a Bart M. Nackley, and Mnette Landau, as Trustees for
Bart Hackley Accountancy Corporation Employee's Pension Trust, and Bart M. Hackley (Sr.),
individually and as Trustee; and Audrey T. Hackley, his wife, dated June 9, 1980, and
recordPd in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida in O.R. Book 334 on page
246, securing the payment of the sum of THREE HUNORED EIGHTY THOUSAND AND NO/100-------------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie, Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has~received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured
thereby, and doth hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all
right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in and to the premises described therein,
and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the aforesaid County to cancel the
same of record.

these presents to be subscribed in its corporate name by its Vice President and its corporate
seal to be hereto affixed this 25th day of February, 1981.
