THIS CAUSE having coming on to be heard upon the
Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of Final Judgment, and the court
i having considered the court file, and the affidavits presented' ~
by the Plaintiff, and being otherwise fully advised in these
premises, finds and decides as follows:
