WITNESSETH, that said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum.
of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable
consideration to said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the

148, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; therice
N. 0°12'S2" W. for a distance of 58 feet to a point, thence N.
88° E. for a distance of 55 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence
continue Id. 88° E. for a distance of 153 feet, thence N. 2° W, for
a distance of 33 feet, more or less, to the South bank of the North
Fork of the St. Lucie River, thence westerly along.said south bank
to a point, (said point being N. 2° W. and 32 feet, more or less,
from the Point of Beginning) thence S. 2° E. for a distance of 32
feet, more or less, to the POZyT OF BEGINNING. All being and lying
in Section 27, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
filorida. Containing 0.12 acres, more or less,
and said Grantor does hereby fully warrant title ta said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of.all persons whomsoever.
