THIS INDENTURE, made this ~J ~day of February A.D., 1981,
between HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES DEVELOPERS, a General Florida Partnership,
Grantor, and CHAMBERS CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, whose post
office address is 780 S.E. Hidden River Drive, Port St. Lucie, of the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, Grantee,
WITNESSETH, that said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable
consideration to said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the
said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following

to wit:

RIVER ESTATES", as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 14 and 14A -
14B, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence
N. 0°12'S2" W. for a distance of 58 feet to a point, thence N.
88° E. for a distance of 55 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence
continue N. 88° E. for a distance of 153 feet, thence N. 2° W, for
a distance of 33 feet, more or less, to the South bank of~the North
Fork of the St. Lucie River, thence westerly along said south bank
to a point, (said point being N. 2° W, and 32 feet, more or less,
from the Point of Beginning) thence S. 2° E. for a distance of 32
feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Al1 being and lying
in Section 27, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida. Containing 0.12 acres, more or less,
