SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE 51~4~~
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION
A Florida Corporation, A.F.Childers Jr,, and Virgil Burton,
the owriers by assignment and holders of a certain mortgage deed executed
by: Mar~~rie Gaskin,a/k/a Mar~orie Betts Gaskins
to; Harris Gonstruction Corporation bearing date the lst day of
November A.D. 19 ?8, recorded in Official Record Book 297 , at Page
447 , in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St,Lucie
County, Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of$1,u70,0U
and certain promises and obligations set forth in the aforesaid mortgage,
nereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage
deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk
of said Circuit Court to cancel same of record.
