the owriers by assignment and holders of a certain mortgage deed executed
by: Willard Nathaniel Darville & Rosa B, Darville, hi~ wife,
to Harris Cor~struction C arporation bearing date the 15th day of
August A.D. 1978 , recorded in Official Record Book 292 , at Page
1788 , in the office of the Clerk of ttie Circuit Court of St,Lucie
County, Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of$~,770.00
and certain promises and obligations set forth in the aforesaid mortgage,
nereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage
deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk
of said Circuit Court to cancel same of record.
