Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
EMMA RUTH SIMON
well known to me, who first being duly sworn and cautioned, did
depose and say as follows:
1. This Affidavit relates to Che f~llowing described
property, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Parcel A: Lot 16, less the West S feet thereof,
AMENDED PI~T OF WASHINGTON HEIGNTS ADDITION,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
P~at Book 10, Page 42 of the Public Records
' of St. Lucie Cdunty, Florida.
Parcel B: Lots 15 and-~6, Block "C", HARMONY HEIGHTS NQ.
5, according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 10, Page 34 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. Your AffianC was married to JOHN HENRY SIMON,JR.,
also known as JOHN HENRY SIMOId, and together with such spouse
acquired Citle to the above described property, as an estate by
the entirety, said estate having been created by deed dated January
26, 1977 (A), and July 22, 1977 "(B), and recorded in Official Records
Book 264, page 1367 (A) and Book 271, page 2047 (B), in Che Public
Records of the County wherein said lands are situate. Your Affiant
and said spouse were married to each other prior to the date of
execution and delivery of said deeds and remained married to each
other continuously until said spouse's death which occur~ed on the ~
3rd day of August, 1980, per death certificate recorded in Official ~!
Records Book 337, page.2487,•St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. A Non-Taxable Certificate and ReceipC of the
StaCe of Florida as to the estate-of Affiant's deceased-spouse is
attached hereto.
