ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, VILLA DEL SOL OF STUART, INC.,
a Florida corpora~ion, hereinafter referred to as the "Assignor",
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and No/100 ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, received at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents from HIC MARKETIN6
CORPORATION OF FLORIDA, a Florida corporation hereinafter referred
to as the "Assignee". the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, trans€erred and set over
unto the Assignee, its successors and assigns, forever, all of
Assignor's right, title and interest as Lessor in the following
Lease Agreement:
1. Lease Agreement dated January 23, 1970, between
Landmark Villas, Inc., a Florida corporativn as
Lessor and Villa Del Sol, Inc.. a non-profit
Florida corporation as Lessee, such Lease being
recorded in Official Record Book 182 at Page 1384
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flozida.
as such Lease was amended by Amendments recorded
in Official Record Book 187 at Page 2804 and
Official Record Book 215 at Page 772, both in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. and
'as such Lease~has been further amended from time
to time. The Lessor's interest in the aforementioned
Lease was acquired by Assignor through foreclosure.
~ From and after the date of execution hereof, Assignee
shall bE entitled to the receipt of all rentals to be paid under
the Lease.
Assignee by execution h ereof hereby assumes all of the
obligations of 1~.ssignor as Less ..~.ii -..
