upon the Defendants, JOSEPFI ROCCO and HELEN L. ROCCO, his wife by
publication as tht whereabouts of the Defendants were unknown to
Plaintifi, and that due and legal service of process has been had
upon the Defendant, C~NTRAL BANK AND TRUST COMPA~i1' OF ASI~MI , a
Florida corporation by Sheriff's service, that the Defaults pre-
viously entered in this cause against the Defendants, JOSEPH
ROCCO and HEL~N L.. ROCCO, his wife and against CENTRAL BA~K A:~D
TRUST COMPANY. OF,MIAMI, a Florida corporativn, are hzreby rati-
fied and confirmed; that this Court has jurisdiction of the
subject matter~of this cause and the parties hereto; that the
allegations contained in the Complaint have been proven by
competent evidence and that the equities in this cause are with
the Plaintiff.
