2, That the Mortgage sued upon by the Plaintiff in
this cause constitutes a valid first lien upon the property
hereafter described and said Tlortgage is in default as alleged
in the Complaint.
3, That the reasonable fee for services rendered by
the attorney for the Plaintiff in this cause is in the amount of

$ 3 D~, Q~ is a reasonable attorney's fee to be allowed for
the services of his attorney, which sum is also due and owing.
4. That there is due the Plaintiff upon the Mortgage

The above-iYemized sums are now due and owing to the
