MOTION TO SUPPLEMENT RECORD
COMES NOW, the Appellant, by and through his undersigned
attorney, and moves this Court for leave to request a supplemental
Record on Appe~l and as grounds therefore would show:
1. That this appeal involves two cases which were consolidated
in Circuit Court.
2. That the cases were tried togeCher and it was the Court's
ruling that evidence admitted in the first case would be used in the
second case.
3. That it appears from the index to the record that only
the Q-l?~pT~~'P filed in the second case has neen included in the Record
on Appeal. ~~
4. In order for Chis Record on Appeal to•be cor:iplete it is
necessary and proper that the record be supplemented by including
matters involving the first case.
