PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION
The petitioner, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, by and
through its undersigned Trust Officer, Robert S. Padelford,
alleges:
l. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as the personal representative named in decedent's last will
and testament. Petitioner's name and address are Sun Bank of
St. Lucie County, P. O. Box 8, Fort Pierce, FL 33454; and
the name and address of petitioner's attorney are as set
forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, Charlotte Adams Merritt, whose last
known address was 4810 South Federal Highway, Fort Pierce,
FL 33450, died on January 24, 1981 at Winston-Salem, North
Carolina, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, all of whom are over 18 years o~ age, their
addresses and relationships to the decedent are:
