4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent was a resident of St. Lucie County as of her date of
death.
5. Sun Bank of St. Lucie Countf, whose address is
P. O. Box 8, F'or~ Pierce, F'L 33454, is entitled to preference
in appointment as personal representative because it is named
as such in decedent's last will and testament.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estate are real and personal property~in an approximate
amount of $164,200. ~
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph
8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
June 20, 1973, accompar.ies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedPnt'~ wi 1 1 hP ac~mit-±-ed
to probate and that it be appointed personal representative
of the Florida estate of the decedent, to serve without bond.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have
