~ I, CHARLOTTE ADAMS MERRITT, a citizen and resident of

~ St. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind
and memory, do hereby revoke and annul. any and all Wills and
' Codicils thereto by me at any time heretofore made and do hereby
make, publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and
Testament.
I.
If my death occurs in or near St. Lucie County, Florida,
I desire and direct that my body sho~.~ld be received and
initially cared for by Roger Byrd, a Licensed Funeral Director
in St. Lucie County, Florida. It is my wish that the same
be prepared and shipped to the funeral home of Frank Vogler
~ ~ Sons, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Upon receipt of

the-same, they shall deliver it as may be directed by my
sister-in-law, Rebecca Morris P.dams, her son-in-law, Daniel
Smith, and Frances Hartman, or a majority of them. It
, is my wish and my desire that my body repose for its last
night on this earth in the home or residence of one of
the named parties, if possible; otherwise in the house
by me owned in Forsyth County, North Carolina, now used
by the Canaan Missionary Baptist Church for the condu:.t

~ I request my executors to employ the named funeral
directors to provide for my funeral and to bury my body
i by the grave of my mother, Elizabeth Alice Thomas Aciams,

~ in the graveyard of the Bethlehem Methodist Church in Belews
