I give, devise and bequeath unto my stepdaughter,
MRS. LEE (CLORENE) GABAN, of Fort Pierce, Florida, the
sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000).
IV.
I give and bequeath unto my stepson, EDWIN SCOTT MERRITT,
of Fort Pierce, rlorida, the sum of Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000).
V.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
real personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be
situate, I give, devise and be~ueath unto my nephew, JOHN
WALTER ADAMS, whose present address is Belews Creek, Route
1, North Carolina.
VI.
I nominate, constitute and appoint SUN BANK OF ST. ~
LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation having trust I
powers, as the executor of this my last will and testament.
I specifically bestow upon m}- said executor full right ~

and power ta hold, manage, invest, reinvest, sell, convey,
mortgage, pledge and lease all or any partion of my property,
w~hether real, personal or mixed, tangible or intangible, ;
wherever sit~aated, of which I may die seized or possessed; ,
and i further give and grant to my executor the right to~ '

otherwise dispose of the assets of my estate at public '
or ~rivate sale and upon such terms or conditions as it may ~
see fit, and the further right to make, execute and deliver :

carrying out the authority herein given as it may deem '
