PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The Petitioner, RICHARD J. TEATER, SR., , as personal repre-
sentative of this estate alleges:
1. The decedent, HELEN M. LYSTER, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on September 29, 198~~ and letters of admin-
istration were issued to petitioner on November 3, 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith waivers of accounting and ser=
vice of petition for discharqe and consent to discharqe of per-
sonal representative from all persons presently interested in the
administration of this estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by makinq
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Reve-
nue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this
court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations
for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of
the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distri-
bution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
6. The only person havinq an interest in this proceeding
and his respective address is: RICHARD J. TEATER, SR., 731 East
43rd Street, Hialeah, Florida 33013.

7. Any objections to the report of receipts and disburse-
ments, the compensation paid or proposed to be paid or the distri-
bution of assets must be filed within 30 days from the date of
service of a copy of this petition.
