The Petitioner, RICHARD J. TEATER, SR., , as persona2 repre-
sentative of this estate alleges:
1. The decedent, KAARE LYSTER, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Floric~a, died on September 29, 1980, and letters of
administration were issued to petitioner on November 3, 198Q.
2. Petitioner files herewith waivers of accountinq and ser-
vice of petition for discharge and consent to discharge of per-
sonal representative from all persons presently interested in the
administration of this estate.
3. Petitioner has futly administered this estate, by makinq
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or makinq provision for the
payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has f.ilec~ all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Reve-
nue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this
court evidence of. the satisfaction of this estate's ohliqations
for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.

ments, the compensation pai~ or pr.~pose~3 to he paid or the ~istri-
bution of assets must be filed within 30 davs from the c~ate of
service of a copy of this petition.
