presented that distribution has been made in accordance with the
schedule of distribution and that claims of creditors have been
paid or_ otherwise disposed of, an order be entered discharginq
petitioner as personal representative of this estate and releasinq
the surety on any bond which petitioner may have posted in this
proceeding from any further liability on it. Petitioner waives
service of a copy of this petition, the final accountinq and
notices of filinq of said papers and notices of further pro-
ceedinqs thereon.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my know-
