PETITION FOR DISCNARGE -.~ , aa ~
The undersigned, as personal representative of the a~ive ~
estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, Emily C. Fairfull, a resident of St. Luci,
County, Florida, died on July 11, 1980 and Letters of Administration
~:
were issued to petiti~ner on September 15~ 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting containing
a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the
comanencement of administration of this estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
pa;~ent, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts that
were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment
of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation to be paid to the personal
representative and attorney for the estate is set forth as follows:
Claude M. Hobbs~ Personal Representative $ 750.00
Roger G. Orr, Attorney for Personal
Representative ..................... 750.00
5. Petitioner has filed all required esta-te tax returns,
and has obtained and filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction
of this estate's obligation for Florida estate taxes~ if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make to claimant,
Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home, the balance of the monies in this estate
,
after payment of the personal representative's fee and attorney's
fee, in the amount of $2,282.43 as payment ir~ full of their claim of
$3,065.00, and claimant has furnished a Satisfaction and Release of
Claim which is attached hereto.
7. Payment to claimant, Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home, and
payment of the personal representative and attorney's fees will
deplete this estate's assets.
