1. She has faithfully a~inistere~d the estate of the deceased,
~ paid all of the debts in said estate, and has made distribution of said
estate avcording to law. Receipts shaaing such distri.bution are attached

2. All estate taxes have been paid.
3. The Final Aooounting filed herein has been appraved by all of
the beneficiaries. Such appraval is coartained in the receipts.
4. Attorneys fees tA OiK~i'IERSQ~I, WGEflERSON, P~nTIZT & Sil[~IEIM
have been agreed upon at $2,734.50 airi the Personal Representative's fee
has been agreed ~on at $2,000.OO.and an appraisal fee of $125.00 to Ralph
Harbnan.
Wherefore, Petitioner prays that an order of Final Discharge be
entered, discharging her fran further liability as Personal R~epresentative.
