To amend the De~laration of Condominium as follows:
RESOLVED That the following described real property which is
presently held in Fee Simple Title by Nettles
Island, Inc.. A Condominiwn, be placed on the
Directed Proxy for vote by uniC owners aC their
Annual Meeting~ February 21, 1981~ for acceptance
as a common element.
