TNIS CAUSE having been presented to the Court upon
the Stipulation of the parties, and the Court finding that the
Stipulation is properly executed, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Stipulation entered
into between the parties to this cause on the 13th day of
February, 1981, be, and the same is hereby, ratified and con- ~
firmed and the parties are hereby ordered to comply with the
provisions of said Stipulation.
