O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, Grady Tomlin, shall pay to
Charles A. Sullivan, Jr., attorney for the Wife, Barbara Tomlin,
pursuant to Order of the Fourth District Court of Appeal, a fee
of $750.00 within eight weeks from the date of this Order.
2. That Charles A. Sulliv3n, Jr., of the law firm of
Sullivan s Cobb, shall have a lien for said fee of $750 until it
is paid in full, upon the following described property:
~ The South one-half of Lot 10, all of Lots 1
11 and 12, Block 12, SILVER LAKE PARK
ADDITION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 10, Page 8, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
