ORDER OF EI~TFORCEI~NT
THIS CAUSE was heard on February 20, 1981, upon the Motion
for E:iforcement and Contempt filed by OSBORNE WALKER 0'QUINN, ESQUIRE
and the Respondent having been present in open Court in person, and
the Coiirt having found that the Resnondent has the ability tc pay the
amount owed and has had the ability to pay the amount owed since the
entry of the Final Judgment, and that there is now due and owing the
sum of $289.00 as attorney's fees and costs, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, TOM D. JOHNSON,
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay attorney's
fees and costs in the amount of $289.00 and he is adjudged in contempt
of this Court. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent shall have 30 days
frcm the date of this Crder to pay to OSBORNE WALKER 0'QUINh, ESOUIRE,
the sum of $289.00 and, in the event that such money is not paid, the
Respondent shall present himself before the Court upon proper notice
served by U. S. Mail and show cause-why he should noc be szntenced to
30 days incarceration.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Flerida,
on this 2~' day of February, 1981. .
