TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing an the prayer for tempor-
ary relief as set forth in the Petition for Dissolution of
Marriage filed herein, and the Wife, having appeared before this
Court with counsel, and the Court, after having considered ~
testimony and being otherwise fu11y advised in the premises, it
is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband is hereby restrained from harassing,
annoying and/or interfering with the Wife in any manner whatso-
ever.
2. That the Husband is hereby required to vacate the
marital home of the parties and the Wife is temporarily given
exclusive possession of said home, and the Husband is restrained
from coming to said home without the prior permission of the
Wife, and from coming to the business premises of the Wife.
3. That the Husband shall pay to the [dife as temporary
support for the minor children of the parties the sua~ of $45.00
per week commencing on the 27th day of February, 1981.
DONE AND ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County,
