O R D E R
THIS CAUSF. came on to be heard on the 9th day of February,
1981, before this Court upon the Peti~ion of Nancy R. Kowalsky for
Temporary Relief under her Petition for Alimony, Child Support, Child
Custody and Restraining Order Without Dissolution of Marriage, and
the Court Finding that the Petition is sworn to, and that the Respondent
was served, and the Court having heard the sworn testimony of the
Petitioner, and the Court having ex3mined the sworn Petition, and the
Court finding that the parties hereto have entered into a stipulated
agreemer.t, and the Court further finding that the Petitioner is
without funds to post bond for a temporary restraining order and
injunction and finding that the Wife is in fear of.her physical safety,
and well being as well as that of the children due to threats of
violence from the Husband, and that the wife is in fear that the
Husband will attempt to remove the Children from the State cf Florida,
and that it is in the best interest of the Children that the Wife have
Temporary custody of the Children, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That Nancy R. Kowalsky be, and is hereby ordered
awarded temporary custody of Theresa M. Kowalsky and Paul W. Kowalsky,
with reasonabie rights of visitation reserved to~Alan D. Kowalsky.
It be, and is hereby further ordered that Alan D. Kowalsky shall give
notice to Nancy R. Kowalsky of his intention to exercise said rights
of visitation at least forty eight (48) hours in advance of actually-~
exercisirig said rights, and it be and is'hereby further ordered that
