Marion Avenue, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, and shall deliver them back to the sa~e ~ad~eas ~t the end of each visitation period. 2. That Nancy R. Kowalsky be, and is hereby ordered awarded temporary child support in the amount of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per child per ~eek in addition to half (~) of the reasonable medical and dental expenses incurred in ca~ing for the minor children of the parties. It be and is hereby further ordered that Alan D. Kowalsky pay child support in the amount of twenty five ($25.00) dollars per child per week beginning on Friday February 20, 1981, and on the same day of each subsequent week thereafter and is further ordered as additional child support to pay half (~) of the reasonable medical and dental expenses of the minor children. Each child support payment shall be made by cashier's check, cash or money order, to the Clerk of this Court and shall be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of two dollars ($2.00) as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife are ordered to keep the Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses. 3. That Alan D. Kowalsky, be, and is hereby ordered enjoined and restrained from harassing, abusing, assaulting, molesting, interfering or otherwise bothering Nancy R. Kowalsky and the minor children who are in the custody of Nancy R. Kowalsky, to wit: Theresa M. Kowalsky and Paul W. Kowalsky, and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County and the several Sheriffs of the State of Florida, be, and are hereby ordered to enforce this restraining order without further order of this Cour* and if Alan D. Kowalsky should viotate this restraining order, to take Alan D. Kowalsky into custody and to incarcerate said Alan D. Kowalsky. 4. That Alan D. Kowalsky b~, and is hereby ordered enjoined and restrained from removing the minor children of the parties, to wit: Theresa M. Kowalsky and Paul W. Kowalsky, from the State of Florida, and the several Sheriffs of the State of Florida, be, and are hereby ordered to enforce this restraining order without further order of this Court and if Alan D.
