This cause having ccme an befare this Court on the-25th day of February,
1981, rn the Wife's Motion for Tea~orary Relief and the Cwrt havin~ t~ard the testi-
mony of the parties and being otheiwise fully advised in the prenises it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUD(~D that the Wife is hereby granted the tenporaYy custody
of the ninor child of the parties with rights of visitatian reserv~ed to the Hu.sband
upan reasa~able notification to ttm Wife of his intentian to exercise his visitatial
rights. It is further
ORTJERID AND AATt,IDGED that ccmrencir~g Monda~ ,- March 2, 1981, the Husband
shall pay to the Wi.~e as support for the minor child of tt:e parties the sun of $50.00
each w~eek imtil further Order of this Cairt.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Ca~t and by him renitted
proa~tly to SHARON KAY k'ILLIF~RD. In addition there is hereby assessed the stm
of $2.00 as statutoYy costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
payr~ients shall be made in such, maney order or cashier's check. Both parties are
Ordered to keep the Clerk of this Caurt advised of *heir mailin~ and residence ad-
dresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
