Township 36 South, Range 40 East, and is approximately 1,105 feet
West of.the East line of Oleander Avenue; thence East a distance
of 552.5 feet to a concrete marker; thence continuing East 552.5
feet to a point on Oleander Avenue; thence South 250.5 feet to the
Point of Beginning. LESS the East 23 feet for Oleander Avenue
right of way and including the land lying between the above parcel
on the East and the St. Lucie River on the West being swamp or
ov~r-flow land and beinq a strip of laRd 250.5 feet wide running
from North to South and inclusive of a certain easement as set
forth in Deed recorded in O. R. Hook 185, Page 2869 of_ the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
