FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, jo.intly and severally,
promise to pay, without defalcation, to the order of FLORIDA BANK AT
FORT PIERCE, 501 Orange Avenue, Post Office Box 3469, Fort Pierce,
Florida 334~4, tne sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00)
with interest from date at the rate of fifteen (15) percent per annum,
in monthly installments ot One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-seven and
O1/100 Dollars ($1,537.01), commencing upon the ~d day of AP~ ,
1981, and a like sum upon the corresponding day of each month thereafter,
until the whole be fully paid; provided,-however, that upon the third,
