BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, perso~ally appeared
Barbara Gerardi, who deposes and states:
That she is the President of Landmark Title
Guaranty, Iric. ~
That in this capacity she prepared an Agreement
for Deed between Dean T. Klein and Claire G.
Klein, vendors and ~Iilliam D. Marsh Trust,
Vendee, which agreement is recorded in Official
Record Book 348 page 1207, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Due to a scrivener's error, the legal description
in the Agreement was set out incorrectly. The
correct legal description is:
Lot 3, Block 2924 PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 41
and
Lot 49, Block 2910 PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 41,
' ~ accorcling to ttie plat thereof on file in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat
Book 15 page 35.
