MOTION FOR PERMISSION
TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
The undersigned, RAYMOND E. FORD, Attorney at La~v, re-
spect.fully moves.the Court for the entry of its Order herein al-
lowing him to withdraw as counsel for the Defendants, LOYE P.
CORBITT, individually, and for THE CORBITT SECURITY AND PATROL
COMPANY, INC., a Florida Corporation, upon the following grounds:
1. That Loye P. Corbitt, individually, and as Presi-
dent of THE CORBITT SECURITY AND PATROL COMPANY, INC., a Florida
Corporation, has announced his decision that he does not need
counsel, individually and for said corporation, in the trial of
the above-styled cause, other than Mr. JOHN T. BRENNAN, Esquire,
of BRENNAN, McALIELY, HAYSKAR S McALILEY, P.A. who is presently
attorney-of-record for said Defendants, also.
2. That LOYE P. CORBITT, individually and as President
of THE CORBITT SECURITY AND PATROL COMPANY, INC., a Florida Corp-
oration, and RAYMOND E. FORD, Esquire, have amicably and mutually
