agreed that the said RAYMOND E. FORD, Esquire, shouldwithdraw,
as counsel for said Defendants, prior to the commencement of the
trial of the above-styled cause; that LOYE P. CORBITT, individuall~~
and as President of THE CORBITT SECURITY AND PATROL COMPANY, INC.,
a Florida Corporation, is completely satisfied with the conduct
and services of RAYMOND E. FORD, Esquire, as attorne}• for said I
Defendants, and hereby releases the said RAYMOND E. FORD, Esquire,
fram all responsibility and liability, as to each of said Defend-
ants, in the further conduct of the trial herein and from any
adverse result or results therein.
3. That said Attorney, RAYMO~D E. FORD, has been paid
in full, as agreed between the parties hereto, for his services,
costs and expenses in the above-styled cause through `_he 16th
day of February, 1981.
