STIPULATED SETTLEMENT
The parties, by and through their undersigned attorneys, do
hereby enter into the following Stipulated Settlement in the above-
captioned case:
t. The Defendant shall pay the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00) to the Plaintiff which sum shall be paid by the Clerk of
the Circuit Court from the Six Hundred Nine~y Dollars ($690.00) now
being held by the Clerk as evidenced by the Certificate of Transfer
dated November 6, 1980 and recorded at O.R. Book 342, Page 1317 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The Plaintiff shall file a Satisfaction of that Claim of
Lien recorded at O.R. Book 332, Page 1396 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida as a lien against the following described

3. Upon receipt of the $500.00 described above, the Plaintiff
shall file a Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice in the above-
captioned case and a Release of Lis Pendens (if necessary).
4. The parties shall bear their own costs and attorney's
fees.
