between MARJORIE L. BflRNTRAEGER, as Personal Representative af the Estate of
EDWARD C. BORNTRAEGER, JR., Jeceased, party of the first part, and MARJORIE L.
80RHTRAEGER, party of the second part, whose address is 2455 S.E. Bordeaux Court,
Port St. Lucie, Florida:
WITNESSETH
The party of the first part, in consideration of inheritance under
the Last Will and Testament of Edward C. 8orntraeger, Jr., ~eceased and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, her
heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as:
LOT 31 , Block 38, RIVER PARK, UNIT 4, as per
plat thereof recor~ed in Plat Book il, Page
9, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Fl orida. .
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurteaances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the oarty of the second part, her
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever. ,
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the pa rty
of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to
and in and about this conveyance the laws of Florida have been followed and
compl ied wi th i n al l respects .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, as Personal Repre-
sentative of the Estate of ED4~IARD C. BORNTRAEGER, JR. , Deceased, has set her
