19. Borrower'~ Right to Reinacate. Notwithatanding [.ender's acceleration of the sums secored by this Mort~age. Borrower shall have
the right to have any prooeedings begun by Lender to enforoe thie Mortgage discontinued at any time prios to entry of a judgment enforcing
this Mortgage if (a) Borrower pays Le~der all eums which would be then due under this Mortgage. the Note and notes sec~ring I~Lture
Advances, if any, had no acceleration occurred; (b) Borruwer cuns aU breaches of aay olher covenent~ or sgreemeata of Borrower contained in
this Mortgage; (c) Borrower pays all reasonable e:penaea incurred by Lender in enforcing the oovenants and agreements of Borro~rer
oontained in this Mortgage and in enforcing Lender's remedies ae pmvided in paragraph 18 hereof. includiag. but ~ot limited to, reasonable
